"PROS Clean, comfortable CONS Limited parking on the front of the hotel and it looks unsafe on the back. The receptionist had an extremely strong accent and I had to ask him to repeat 2 or 3 times the same answer. He was polite and respectful though. The Expedia description said “breakfast included”, but when I proceeded to pay, the app asked to pay for the breakfast and I did it because it was convenient for us. When we are eating breakfast the following morning, we noticed several unhappy guests when they were asked to pay for their breakfast. Breakfast was basic but Ok."

"It was a great place to stay between flights. Very difficult to control the heat in or room. Very cold and the fan was blowing at you wherever you sat. Other than that issue would highly recommend especially the staff on all levels."

The staff handled her with grace and professionalism even though they were well within their rights to toss her out the door. I was sorry to see them get treated this way,"
