The manager is excellent, as are the front desk staff. They make an effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel rooms are spacious and very comfortable and closeness to the mall is very convenient

We had an amazing stay here! Hassan at the reception even upgraded our suite at the check in, which was super sweet. The hotel and the suite itself was very elegant, immaculately clean, and had plenty of amenities. A separate shout out to Miguel and kitchen staff who were sweet enough to open the kitchen for us when we missed breakfast by 5 minutes on our first morning—we really appreciated you guys! Overall an amazing experience! We’re definitely coming back!

This is a lovely hotel, but I could never come back here because I could not get a good nights sleep. The beds are extremely hard and when we asked them about adding some cushioning, they put a topper that was extremely soft. I ended up spending half the time on a fold out bed, which was about as good as a fold out bed gets It’s a shame because it’s a wonderful hotel with a beautiful lobby and bar and fireplace and a very good breakfast. Surprisingly good food in the bar in the evening and everyone was very nice there.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre because it lacked bacon. They also charged $10 a night to self park in their lot. Bad idea.

Customer service was excellent, the staff were extremely pleasant, the only negative I’d say is that the ice machine didn’t work, which is such a nothing problem. Everything else was clean and comfortable, I’ll definitely be coming back!
