It is a little older hotel, but it was clean. I am traveling with my daughter. I would stay here again, I liked that it was out of the craziness of downtown, but still close if we needed to run back for a break.

Above Average/Excellent breakfast although the serving staff had trouble keeping up. Desk staff very helpful and efficient. Facilities a bit dated and worn, but functional. Decent beds and linen. Nice basic pool. Good location from south Boston. Quick access to Logan and zoo (which is mediocre). Fairly close to Red Line, but not a walk.

Breakfast and staff were good. Rooms definitely need an upgrade, didn’t feel fully clean and there was a weird smell in hallways. Also a bit understaffed at front desk. Took about 45 mins to get checked in.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast seemed descent but the hotel was more of a motel that had the outdoor balconies covered with makeshift walls and windows. The hallway, carpet and staircase leading to the rooms was dingy. The neighborhood was not the best. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom seemed ok but the room furniture was in terrible shape.

I liked that I had a room to sleep in. I disliked: the urine odor / dirty hallways/ inconvenient parking / inconsistent key cards/ strands of hair found in bathroom shower/sink/ TV quality / uncleanliness caused my skin to breakout & possibly bites by something. Just disappointing for the amour paid.

The staff is friendly and helpful but the room was in disrepair. The ceiling had been scraped to a point and patched but it was a poor job. The sink and tub drain were full of gunk. The door to my room had a big gap, you could see outside light and the outside air flowed right through it.

We stayed 2 different nights beginning and end of our cruise,1st night check ok staff was helpful, 2nd she sent us on a wild good chase to get to our room and then the key card didn't work!!!!! The hallways are all so hot and humid and all smell of urine !!!!!

The staff were super helpful with everything. There was a grocery store, a convenient store, a restaurant, a Subway and a Dunkin Donuts nearby. The train station is about a 20 min walk away or less than a 10 min bus ride away. I had a great stay!

The whole hotel was feeling like a sona bath, it’s hot beyond 120 , you cannot even walk in the lobby. The pool area was good , also they have charged parking fee per night $10 which was not mentioned in the Expedia. Rooms was stinky although they have offered different room post that experience . I have been in lot of hotels and this was one of the worst experiences in Ramada, will not recommend to anyone .

The room was nice extremely clean only issue the bathroom (water pressure) was to low far as showering and the toilet pressure was slow took to long to flush. That's why I gave a 4 star bathroom need an improvement far as the water Pressure.
