Decent hotel for one night stay in Boston. Mostly clean (bit dusty in places) and comfortable. 10 min walk from the bus stop, where you can get a bus to station and from there to central Boston. Free breakfast which is adequate. Overall would recommend for a budget option in Boston.

The staff were readily available and very helpful. Our room and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and they welcomed us to use the facility to eat other meals in, use the microwave and help ourselves to coffee, tea and hot chocolate. They provided complimentary shuttle service to the subway station - we never waited long! They also have a shuttle to the airport and cruise terminal which was very handy! All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Good location, Helpful to have the shuttle. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were fine and comfortable beds. Only issue was the coffee in the room was not replenished each day but you could get tea and coffees in the dining room.

It is a little older hotel, but it was clean. I am traveling with my daughter. I would stay here again, I liked that it was out of the craziness of downtown, but still close if we needed to run back for a break.

Front desk staff super nice. Don't rely on the airport shuttle. Only leaves from hotel every other hour in the morning, doesn't show up at the airport when you need it. Take uber or lyft.

Above Average/Excellent breakfast although the serving staff had trouble keeping up. Desk staff very helpful and efficient. Facilities a bit dated and worn, but functional. Decent beds and linen. Nice basic pool. Good location from south Boston. Quick access to Logan and zoo (which is mediocre). Fairly close to Red Line, but not a walk.

Registration and check in area was clean and nice; same with breakfast area. Staff did not clean rooms well; no vacuuming or cleaning the bathroom and that was when I checked into the room and carpet never was cleaned. The next day I believe another cleaner came in and cleaned the bathroom well. Parking lot doesn’t have enough parking and if you have to park in back.. it’s vulnerable for a single person alone

I gave the staff five stars because they were very friendly and helpful!! It is a very old hotel! Very rundown and not well maintained!! our room had something splattered on the wall. The wallpaper was bubbling. Our shower would not drain and we had issues with the toilet as well. I would not recommend this hotel and we will not stay at a Ramada again.

So, at first this property looks run down and dated. The rooms could certainly use a reno. But the service and location more than make up for it. They have a decent breakfast (oatmeal is especially good) and the front staff are nice and helpful. The best things however are the shuttle to the airport which is close ($10), shuttle to the closest subway station (free for both drop off and pick up) and this hotel is significantly cheaper than most others close to downtown. The transit system in Boston is cheap and easy to use so by staying here we saved quite a bit. We dropped off our rental car beforehand so saved on that too because driving in Boston is insane. Great city though.

Breakfast and staff were good. Rooms definitely need an upgrade, didn’t feel fully clean and there was a weird smell in hallways. Also a bit understaffed at front desk. Took about 45 mins to get checked in.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast seemed descent but the hotel was more of a motel that had the outdoor balconies covered with makeshift walls and windows. The hallway, carpet and staircase leading to the rooms was dingy. The neighborhood was not the best. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom seemed ok but the room furniture was in terrible shape.
