"great staff - note that for check-in, you may need to go into the bar. That was the only complain - the superior room was spacious enough for the 2 of us -great staff and very accommodating for early breakfast 1 day"

"the whole experience was fantastic, a warm welcome by all staff. we had an issue with our heating not working in our room, an attempt was made twice to repair it but unsuccessful, we went out for Dinner and was offered another room late evening, although the offer was appreciated we felt it was to late to move. all in all a very lovely hotel and we will hopefully return soon. "What a lovely place. Comfortable beds and both bedrooms havw en-suite, 2hich was a bonus. Kitchen was really well kitted out and it was lovely to find dog bowls, matt and towel ready to use on arrival. Very dog friendly with enclosed garden. We made full use of the free view TV and wood burner in the evenings. Lovely location on a farm. Host was really friendly and accommodating. "

"We stayed for short break at Christmas. Everything we needed, the kitchen was well perfect, and felt so homely. Lovely touches, mince pies left, stock of wood for fire, waste bags, salt pepper, milk... Just the little things. Truly happy, and now relaxed after lovely break. "From meeting Phil , and then the lovely 2 ladies, was a pleasure, not in your face just a nice hallo. All you want in the kitchen and a great big bathroom.Safe closed in area for the dog and 2 pubs with in a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk .Will be on the list for a return."
