"The toilet was running incessantly throughout the night and despite our complaints, it was never fixed, nor were we given any significant concessions to our room"

"Great location Friendly staff Generous late check out"

"Grosses Zimmer mit Recamière am Fenster. Ruhig. Hübsche retro Einrichtung. Nach dem Duschen muss man aus der Dusche treten um das Duschtuch zu erreichen. Angenehm, dass die Duscharmatur vis-à-vis der Duschsäule ist. Wasser an der Trinkstation im Flur ist chlorhaltig. Nettes Hotelrestaurant mit guter Menueauswahl. Mir gefällt die Lage in New Jersey."

"Have comfortable beds, The rooms are in good conditions, The hotel is quiet ."

"Nice hotel, well located"

"Fairly basic hotel offer. Minimal amenities, tired decor, cleanliness could be improved and repetitive breakfast offer. Had to clean own breakfast pots away, so tables lacked being cleaned and messy pots area and bins, which led to a few flies. One out of 3 cleans of room was up to quality, others were minimal including leaving 3 towels each time in a 4 person room, Great location though next to Path underground station and river transport,"

"Todo bien"

"Loved this hotel! It's located in a busy, upscale retail section and close to everything. Uber costs to times square and similar can be a bit high though, so keep that in mind, since this is further south than a lot of main attractions. Service and room were perfect. Speakeasy next door was a lot of fun as well. Highly recommend."

"Room was excellent for a queen, bed and beautiful views of the street below and hanging tree from WAshington Square Park. Staff is always kind and helpful. Best location in the world right next to train or bus wherever you want to go."

"High price for nothing. I do not recommend this hotel."
