When I got back to the room there was no hot water. I got dressed without a shower. As I was leaving I stopped at the desk to let them know I did not have hot water. I was told they found the problem and had it fixed. I would have appreciated some type of discount for not being able to shower but was offered nothing other than an apology. I...
"We did not interact with staff because of our late arrival, early departure, and long stays at the hospital. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Our only displeasure was being right underneath (apparently) a stage that had live music when we were trying to sleep between hospital visits. There was no notice to us that would be happening and nothing that could be done - but to endure. In fairness - the music was pretty good, but we needed sleep so much more. 😌"
"View, lake view
Balcony
Staff were very polite and attentive
Even tho facility is somewhat dated, rooms were clean and well maintained
Negative to room was damp smell . Needed air freshener or dehumidifier on rotation when room not occupied.
Breakfast could be improved upon. Perhaps Ability to make a waffle ; better variety of fresh fruit ( seasonal)
We would stay again at this facility"
"Great location. Close to shops and stores.
Obtained a ground floor room. Stairs.
Bed comfortable.
The remodeling needs lot more work. Bathroom very unfinished"
