"Especially in the room, I love the quality of coffee. Usually you can get a horrible cup of coffee but here it was wonderful. The rooms are beautiful, rustic, modern factory appeal, and it was so nice that I already booked the hotel again for my last day on my way home"

"Check in was easy. Reception staff was courteous and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room was spacious. However, the room floors were very dirty. The room smelled like heavy smoke, and a little musty, Especially in the bathroom. There was also an air freshener in the room to cover up the smell but it made it worse. The restaurant looks nice, clean, and presentable, but the food was average and the staff were not very attentive. Overall, not bad for a middle of the road hotel, and has potential to be nice. It just didn’t quite deliver anything over average."

"Lovely place to stay, really friendly staff nothing was to much trouble, breakfast was included which is always an bonus and it was cooked to order so was lovely and hot, room spotless and clean towels when needed, will deffently stay again."

"The room was nice but unfortunately in room4 you get the noise from what I can only assume to be the kitchen fan, goes off around 11pm and back on at 6am for the breakfast. So as long as you stay up late and want to get up early choose room4"

"Very happy with my stay. The location was brilliant for where I need to be during my business stay. Room was spacious and clean and dinner/breakfast was a very good quality and provided in a timely fashion. Views from the hotel definitely added to the stay and who doesn't want a welcome cookie! IF I had to be critical of anything, I didn't get on with the pillows provided but I appreciate we are all different!"

From the moment we arrived, Ken made us feel incredibly welcome by greeting us in person and showing us around the property, which was a lovely touch after a long journey.Throughout our stay, he checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly, striking the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to relax. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of having basic groceries stocked for us on arrival.The property itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and ideally located for exploring the area. Bo’Ness is a charming place, and this stay made it even more special.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay again.
