everything was fine, conveniently located, clean rooms. The only thing is the "breakfast included' advertisement. The "breakfast" consists of coffee, a couple different pastries, yogurt and a couple of different basic cereals, I would call it "snacks" instead of "breakfast".

The rooms are clean, check in was easy, free breakfast was not that great. That’s our 2nd stay there and it was just for 1 night. I like the fact that it’s not on the Main Street and it’s not far to get to the shops and restaurants.

We really enjoy staying at this property. It is a great location near downtown Bishop. I’ve stayed here many times and it’s generally very quiet. The management is nice and helpful. The check-in and out process is very easy.

The stay was nice and doable. The king studio is bigger than what I expected and clean for the most part clean. We only stayed the weekend so we could hike Big Pine. You get the price you're paying, in my opinion. The Kiosk wasn't bad either. At least there was someone on the other side that was helping throughout the whole process. Took all of 5 minutes to get our key cards and checked in. And pay $7 a night for fees is better than the $25-$40 you have to at other hotels.
