Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Only persons named in the booking may enter the property. No additional visitors without prior written authorisation.

There are two ways to access the property depending on whether you have a car. Follow the instructions for your situation.

🚶 Arriving on foot / without a car
🔑 Head to Entrance B, brick building with tall glass windows and a large yellow "B" by the door. The lockbox is a Grifema box at the main entrance. Enter your code to retrieve your key and fob.
🚪 Tap the fob on the Hikvision reader to enter Block B. Take the lift to Floor 1. Turn left, Apt 109 is on your right.

🚗 Arriving by car
🔑 Head to Entrance B first. The Grifema lockbox is at the main entrance. Enter your code to retrieve your building fob, flat key, and a small mailbox key.
📬 Tap the fob to enter Block B. On the ground floor, straight ahead, find Mailbox 109. Use the small key to open it and take out the parking remote.
🚙 Go back to your car and exit via the same entrance. Follow the road, it's one way, all the way to the end, then turn left. As you go up the hill, halfway along you'll see a yellow "Car Park" sign, that's your entrance.
🅿️ Use the remote to open the barrier. Your allocated space is No. 14. Do not park in any other numbered space.
🚪 Return to Apt 109: from Entrance B, take the lift to Floor 1, turn left, Apt 109 is on your right.

🔒 Locking up: lift the door handle and turn the key to lock. Return the fob, flat key, and mailbox key to the Entrance B lockbox, and the parking remote to Mailbox 109. Always scramble the code after.
