"They refused to let me stay in a room I paid for, it was dirty in the lobby. Staff was rude and refused for me to speak to a manager and canceled my stay. "

"Miss lead. Specifically asked about pool and was told it would be opened. Arrived and closed entire time we're booked. Have children on this vacation. I did not receive notification it was closed. Staff was dismissive and unapologetic. Said I could get a room somewhere else. Traveled along day to have to figure it out at a moments notice. Heat on room could've adjust. Same employee told me to wait he'd be up later to check out...was a switch on wall we found ourselves. Rooms are clean, breakfast great. Disappointed granddaughters on their first girls weekend. Checked out early. Different hotel. "
