"The location was perfect in relation to the beach! It was also one of the cleanest places we have rented. Some clarification is needed for the bottom floor. Parents need to know it is a completely separate and cut off area from the main house. It is great for a small family, but don’t plan on kids staying there without an adult. You have to go outside to reach it. Luckily, I had teens I trusted, but had I younger kids it would have been a major issue. That part wasn’t clear on the description. The house otherwise is fine but needs some updates/renovations. The bones of the house are great, but it could use some TLC. Also the main floor shower didn’t drain well at all. As for the elevator, it goes into the garage on the bottom floor and the door to the bottom open area never worked. We just had to go through the garage to get to the bottom bedroom or use the outside steps. Overall, the location was great and the area was very peaceful. Parents just need to know what they are signing up for. That bottom floor is a safety issue for young kids."

"Pool area is amazing!! Everything is great and beautiful! But just to use all the amenities it is better to stay at the main tower, not at the Lodge. I booked the room at Lodge just because I wanted to have a better view of the ocean (so I booked an ocean view). That was the only reason! To open the patio door and see the beach! My room ended up being facing the dumpster, and a tent that they have on the side of the property, the entrance of the parking lot… and I could barely see a little bit of the ocean far away on the side. We didn’t say anything about it because they helped us with early check in so we could have lunch at the restaurant there. Plus the room cleanliness is not the same as the tower, we found some housekeeping issues. So I would go back to the property but to the main tower only!"

"Wonderful stay. Property was immaculate. Super clean, open, comfortable. Everything to make us feel right at home. I absolutely loved that the entire yard was fenced in so our dogs had freedom to do their thing. We also loved the kitchen, everything you need. The pool is a salt water pool and heated but we didn’t need to have it heated. We were there mid May and the temp was perfect. The area is quiet, laid back, not rushed. Loved using the golf cart going to the beach just ant the end of the street every morning. Everything was as stated by the host. Speaking of the host, so friendly and quick to respond. They made everything so easy. There’s a Publix close by but also Walmart will deliver right to the house. Be prepared to relax, unwind and chill on slow island time. You won’t want to leave."

"Fabulous house for our multi-generational family. They thought of everything as far as stocking the house with more than ample supplies like dishes, cooking pots, paper supplies,etc. The screened in lanai was the best place in the house--so cool being on the water, comfy couches and beautiful view. Our favorite spot. It was nice to see the great condition of the furniture, especially the outside chairs which tend to get weathered. Family enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and the kitchen was beautiful with lots of counter space. Just can't say enough about this house, and communication with host was great. We definitely will plan to stay there again. "

"Amazing experience!! We loved everything about the house and its location! We started our days with short walks to the beach to catch the stunning sunrises (even saw a family of dolphins playing one morning!). We ended them with sitting on the porch swing to catch the peaceful sunsets. In between, we loved using the pool, going on bike rides around the neighborhood, and simply relaxing. Our last night, we all sat by the firepit, and started planning our next trip back. We all truly had great time. There is something here for everyone! This property is well maintained and the house is fully equipped. Alina was wonderful to work with! She was quick to respond with any questions and always pleasant. Check in and check out were both seamless. I highly recommend - 10 out of 10! "

"If you are looking for a big beautiful home near the beach, this is it! In an area with the “real Florida” feel that is not commercialized with quaint restaurants and cafes, this is the place to be. The Washington Oaks state Park (walking distance) is stunning and a definite must see! Steps away, the beach is beautiful and not crowed or busy."

"The property was great, we had 10 people in our stay and the house and grounds was plenty big enough, never ran out of hot water with everyone taking showers some at the same times Super close and easy access to the beach along with plenty of of chairs and umbrellas to use! We stayed in late April and opted to use the heat for pool and spa, which was a good choice as it did get a little chilly/windy a few of the evenings. Highly recommend this place and Alina the property manager I was in contact with was very friendly, extremely responsive and seemed genuinely concerned that our stay be pleasant and enjoyable. Which it absolutely was!"
