"This is a fabulous location with beautiful scenery all around. We go to enjoy the pools and restaurants and even got in a day of Golf at the Conservatory. The staff and amenities are top shelf. We had rain a couple of times during our stay and during that inclement weather the amenities were very slim. I would love to see them add a little more options for those days with bad weather. I do love this place and will come back."

"there were three floors and each of our adult family had their own privacy. Bedrooms were all comfortable except for the top floor which needed black out curtains as the morning sun did not allow for sleep after the sun rose. The home had everything we needed and was beyond our expectations. There were 2 washers and dryers which helped for our family of 8. The pool and lake view were wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a nicer vacation home "

"The house is beautiful and well-equipped. Our entire family, adults and children, enjoyed- the wonderful house, the great location on the beach, and the fantastic pools at the nearby clubhouse. The only thing that was not great was the window coverings on the large sliding glass doors in the large Master bedroom suite. Those do not close all across the glass doors to block early morning sun coming in, and that should be fixed or replaced. Overall, the house is great! And we would like to return and stay there again sometime! "

"Our family loved the home. The home was just as shown and just as spacious. There was room for all 12 of us without being in each other's way. Our front door lock was working inconsistently and we quickly had a response from maintenance and a new lock was installed. Definitely is high on our list for a second visit in the future."

"Bob is very responsive and communicates well. The house was very clean, comfortable and the floor plan was ideal for our family. We’ve stayed in this wonderful community many times over the years. We can highly recommend this house. The location is ideal since the club house, pools and beach are so close. The elevator is a nice touch, making it so much easier to settle in the house with all our luggage and grocery bags. Thank you Bob for a wonderful time."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our summer vacation! It was our third trip to Cinnamon Beach and our first stay in L.A. Enjoyed the lagoon views and the ocean view from the balcony. The house looks new or nicely renovated and we enjoyed the decor. Plenty of room for all 9 of us and our 3 vehicles. The grill, beach chairs, bikes, and beach carts were a definite plus! The private pool was nice, although could have used a cleaning before we arrived. The only thing that was 4 stars instead of 5 was a bit of hair/dog hair in two sets of the beds. All else was clean."
