"Room was very well presented and had everything my elderly mother needed during her stay. It was easy to access from the car park. Only issue is the air conditioning unit didn't always work very well. If we had the fan up high it would make a vibrating sound. Perhaps a service may be required? Other than that. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially, the cleaners who went above and beyond to ensure my mother had everything she needed when they came to service the room. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you."

"Our room was beautifully cleaned and maintained. Also couldn’t fault the staff, we last minute needed to upgrade our room to accommodate a friend, the owner was more than happy to help. The cleaning staff came to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. Amazing caring staff! We will definitely be back "

"Great location near Chermside plaza. Good under cover parking. The included’Grab and Go’ breakfast which included cereal , canned fruit ,bread and jam etc which you collect near reception and take to your apartment to prepare was a good inclusion. One bedroom apartment was very spacious. Staff were very helpful. Good WiFi."

"JAY IS A WONDERFUL HOST.THE ACCOMODATION IS NEAT AND TIDY.THE POOL IS GREAT AND CLEAN.THE LOCATION IS CENTRAL TO SHOPS AND CLOSE TO BUSES. JAY PROVIDES TOWELS FACE WASHERS AND EVEN POOL TOWELS AND EVERYTHING IN THE KITCHEN THAT YOU COULD POSSIBLE NEED. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMEND JAYS PLACE. 10 OUT OF 10 FOR SURE."
