"We did not use any of the amenities or eat in the hotel as it was expensive. I was disgusted on arrival to our room to find a large clump of hair on the floor, a hair on the sink and hair on the carpet. It was very disappointing. The rooms are old and tired now. The bathrooms are old. Good shower. Lots of lovely big towels. Good mini bar and tea and coffee with plenty of milk. Noises air con"

While the beds were clean and comfy, the carpet was disgusting and the bathroom showed a lack of attention to detail with soap scum on the walls and floors needing a scrub. Staff were lovely, welcoming, and helpful. Location is great for surfers paradise restaurants, entertainment, and beaches."
