"No carpet in room was a plus. Nice pool but we didn't swim. Clean. Very convenient to cruise port with Free shuttle. No restaurant close by. Very small bathroom towels. . "

"hotel lobby is very clean. Has a few issues as the bathroom door was not closing. It is weird that they ask you to pay for overnight parking and breakfast was not included, depsite high price but overall recommended"

"Good clean room and bath. No room service food. Minibar costs are not so bad apart from alcohol. Good quality food in G7 restaurant with a nice vibe bar and poolside bar. Not so sincere service by staff at the restaurant but 20% service charge irrespective of party size. Expensive valet at $40 per night. Valet staff never pick up phone. Breakfast is average almost like a typical included breakfast in Marriott’s, fresh omelette at omelette bar is good. Gym is terrible, few weights in a rundown side building - kind of motel 6 room converted into gym. 2 TMs and a stationary bike and a bench. No water. Low quality swissballs. "

"Lively pool area with gorgeous meandering pools and waterfalls. Terrific variety of restaurants. Fantastic light show at night. Room was enormous. Glad I went but I probably won't stay again. Too many small inconveniences that added up. Parking is poorly designed and signage truly awful. Confusing map and the entire complex is enormous. Food at restaurants was just so-so. Room service took forever. Website said light show was cancelled but it wasn't. 3 light fixtures in room didn't work at all. For the luxury price, I would have preferred a higher level of service and quality."
