"The view to the harbor was gorgeous!! Our room was across the kitchen and it got noisy in the morning when the staff started preparing breakfast. That was the only thing that didn’t make the stay a 5-star experience."

"What a great fine, lovely staff, clean rooms, quiet, and convenient to other towns. Thanks for the great stay"

"Room 202 looked to be an after thought and made into a room. No sink in the bathroom so had to go to the sink by the fridge to wash hands. For some reason the room was very hot. It was 75 degrees when we entered and we turned off the heat on the wall, put on the AC, and even with that it only got down to 72 by the next morning. "Close to everything we needed"

"Terrific motel! Was perfect for our one night stay."

"There was not any vending machines and when your spouse is a diabetic and needs a sugar drink in the middle of the night that isn’t good. Our car unfortunately due no parking was down the street. Parking was horrible and the breakfast was terrible. Bacon under cooked and eggs watery. The room was gorgeous and the location to downtown was perfect."

"Very close to town and nice walk. Room was clean & nice size with an easy (no contact) checkin."

"The Spouter Inn is a beautiful bed and breakfast overlooking the ocean. The rooms are quiet and beautifully appointed. The breakfast and daily cookies are superb. It was a pleasure for us to stay in such an idyllic setting, with such a friendly staff and excellent amenities. We highly recommend it!"

However, we were disappointed to discover the cost of valet parking and the Destination Fee, neither of which we fully understood when checking in. These additional charges significantly increased our expenses and left us feeling that we had not received the value we expected. As newly retired travelers, we plan our trips carefully and work hard to stay within our budget. Unexpected fees...

"Very minimal breakfast. The muffins were good. There are many steps to get to rooms... in car you can't carry luggage up steps. We were able to. My husband is strong."
