"Yankee Clipper looks like the highway motel it started out as but it has since been gutted and completely refurbished. Everything in the room is excellent quality, with a microwave and fridge. The bathroom is small but newly redone and so clean it actually sparkled. No kidding. The friendly woman at the front desk told us all about the town and made suggestions of things to see. You can actually walk into Belfast over a footbridge that crosses the water. Beautiful view. I would go back."

"Overall it was a good stay. there were some issues getting the wifi and tv to work that took a couple of days to work out. There is a bad odor at the bottom of the stairwell (entrance to the apartment) smells like cat pee. The actual apartment did not smell too bad unless you turned off the ceiling fan. with the fan off the smell wafted up the stairs. If the ceiling fan was left on it kept the smell away."

"Very clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated, comfortable house. Close enough to the town center to walk to many restaurants, shopping and the harbor. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Nice front porch and private quiet back patio. Lots of space. Would be great for two families because it has a separate back apt with its own smaller kitchen and seating area and two bedrooms. A door connects a front bedroom and a back bedroom. Owners seem nice. Very communicative and left helpful instructions."

"Wonderful waterfront views and quite walkable to all the downtown restaurants and shops. Still retains several old cottage features, though, like a steep set of stairs to the second floor, a tight shower stall, some aging carpeting and paint and the laundry machines are down in a dark, low basement which we opted not to use and took ours to a laundromat in town instead. That said, the location and views are terrific so despite the quirks we’ll hope to return again."

"This apartment is private, well appointed, and within walking distance to Belfast, a quit town on the harbor with cure shops and restaurants. I loved the yard (beautiful garden) and the quiet neighborhood. It features many beautiful homes including Victorians and cottages. There are many lovely gardens and little traffic, perfect for morning strolls. The apartment stairs are steep, which I didn’t mind. I kept thinking it the apt. Is perfect for honeymooners. I had a lovely time and hope to return."
