"The staff were really helpful and also spoke English - it was a welcome relief not having to speak to a translation app. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. A taxi cost Yuan 20 (I did not use the shuttle service as it was too difficult to book this in advance while I was travelling). I did, however, use the free shuttle for my return to the airport which was clearly explained and very handy. The hotel allowed me to check in early which was great. The room was large, clean and contained everything I needed for this short stay. I would definitely book the Ramada again if I have a flight out of Beijing Capital which requires a short overnight stop."
