"Reception clerk was just horrible, disrespectful and a habitual liar. Room is average and tiny. We stayed in many of these intercity hotels but I had enough of them. After this 3 weeks trip l will not choose İntercity Hotels for our future trips "

"The room was comfortable and close to the train station, which was helpful for our stay. The interior of the hotel is much nicer and smarter looking (and newer looking) than the outside. The breakfast was nice."

"The hotel was easy to find, parking was safe and simple. Check in was fast, the front desk person was friendly. Highly recommend! My reservation was for two but the bathroom was only set with towels for one and the blanket on the bed was fit for a toddler or small person. We did not get this fixed because we checked in late."

"Easy tram journey from train station to hotel. I arrived in 34 degree heatwave, so was very grateful that reception staff booked me in 30 minutes before the normal 3pm Comfortable bed and good size room. Hotel and furnishings starting to show their age a bit, but very clean room and public areas."

"Paying for parking was odd but the breakfast was good and rooms were clean. Showers and sink backed up water immediately."
