"Friendly helpful staff on arrival and in the restaurant. Room was very clean with big comfy bed and great shower. Tea and Coffee facilities too in room. Breakfast options available really good and good times too from 6am to 10:30am and continually filled up by staff with new things. Great location right on Heathrow Airport T2. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Minor issues with USB charging ports that didn’t work on the left side of the bed and toilet paper stand was loose and corroded. Another issue was the Polaroid camera provided, was hung on a magnetic hook that just couldn’t support itself and would startle us when it fell. Other than that very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay."

"Perfect budget hotel for the night before an early flight. Clean spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower - everything you need, just none of the frills! Great value given proximity to the airport."

"The club lounge was a free for all. Understaffed and no one to meet at the door. The service seem better in the main dining hall. Base of the glass shower door was dirt and I noted the wiring for the heated towel rail was too close to the tub. Water could easily splash on the exposed wires. Is this wiring to code? Room 1218."

"I never really do boutique hotels, but I was not only pleasantly surprised, but I can't wait to go back. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff so friendly and helpful PLUS it was in a great location with easy walking to plenty of great restaurants and shopping."
