"Property was as described and as pictures represent. Plenty of beds, baths and space to accommodate our family. Wonderful hot tub, pool and access to beach. Would have liked to get a heads up with the dryer being down as the repair man came late in the week. A bit of outdoor and indoor TLC would make this property even better. Bring beach towels as none are provided. The movie room was a big hit as well. Thanks for the wonderful location to make some meaningful family memories."

"The PERFECT location! Just a short walk and you’re on the beach. The house is very spacious and clean. We kept an eye for rentals for a long time and this place couldn’t be beat! Price, location, amenities, etc CAN’T be beat!"

"House is beautifull, well apportuined, and in great location. While we had large group we never felt crowded. Hosts are great communicators, very quick to respond and support. Only negatives stovetop & oven a little tempermental and small subset of mattresses not in optimal shape"

"Overall the house was beautiful, couple of small things, the pool area could have been a lot cleaner.. pine needles everywhere and chairs were dirty with no cushions, none of the ceiling fans on the top floor worked for the entire week. The deck furniture was kinda of tossed everywhere, including blocking the top level gate when we arrived.and most of the windows seals were filled with blown sand and hard to open. But the house itself was beautiful, spacious and had plenty of games and comfortable seating with great views. The beds were comfy for all of us, washer/dryer worked great. Plenty of room for all of us, 7 adults and 1 small child. Kithrn had everything you would need, and the hot tub was enjoyable. Would rent and work with surf and sound in the future."
