"To start off the host made a personable welcoming call the day prior to check-in to make sure all of our needs were met.This property was situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It has a great view of the river off the deck. It's also supplied with all of the goodies to enjoy the river. Within a short walking distance were a bar/restaurant and Rogers park/beach. Our family had a blast living the river life for our stay. Thanks Again!"

"To find a place like this AND dog friendly! It’s almost impossible now days. The house is so cute, clean and cozy. We travel, a lot….. this is one of the first rentals we’ve been in that has everything you could think of. The bathrooms actually have bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking supplies….its very obvious that these owners truly thought of their guests when they prepared this house. The coffee maker is a hybrid - it’s both K-cups and a regular pot of coffee - so everyone in the house was happy! Plenty of towels and extra blankets if needed. But the outside!! The real reason we’re all vacationing in Florida. Our kiddos (13 year old boys) were non-stop the whole stay! From the water slide, rope swing, floaty mat, paddle board and multiple kayaks - we had a blast! Our party ranger in age from 13 years olds - 84 years old; and nobody was ever bored. Sitting on the dock watching multiple manatees and dolphins - YES DOLPHINS swim by was magical! It was so quiet and peaceful to sit outside in the early morning hours, sipping coffee and taking in God’s beauty. The fire pit was the perfect ending to our days full of fun in the sun. The host was very kind and responsive. We seriously cannot wait to go back. If you’re viewing this gem and it’s available - grab it fast. "

"We had a very relaxing long stay at Dockside Palms. The house was clean and organized. The view out the wall of floor to ceiling windows from the living area was beautiful. It was so much fun to watch what critters and vessels sailed by. Kids were always within eyesight, as they played on the swim pad. Our 10 month old Cairn Terrier, Remington loved the house and swimming with kids with his life jacket on.The neighborhood was very quiet and a short walk to the Upper Deck and Rogers Park. The host, Jason was friendly and promptly accessible to answer questions. FYI - Walmart does deliver to the house and be sure to have bug spray that targets no-see-ums. They show up at dusk and dawn. "

"Super cute little cottage in a very quiet neighborhood. Very quaint but clean and comfortable and had everything you need. There is another rental sharing the same property but we hardly noticed except running into them when we were coming and going. Neighbors all waved and were friendly."

"I believe this is our 4th time staying at this property. The host is very responsive and helpful. The house is clean, very well stocked with anything you can image to have a great vacation. When you arrive you feel as if you are entering a hotel. The detail they put into the theme is amazing. There is all the necessities and then some. The view and location is amazing and never gets old. Every day we people and manatee watch and even saw dolphins this time. We rowed, kayaked and floated every day. The host provides plenty of water crafts and we also brought our own. There are so many great places to enjoy nature and the home. To say we love this rental property is an understatement. It is a part of our family’s cherished vacation memories. "

"Living our best river life!  Between the kayaking, fishing, and tree-jumping, we didn't want the days to end. We even got lucky with the local wildlife—dolphins, otters, manatees, and turtles all made an appearance! Wish we had a few more days, but we’ll be back soon!"
