The Waves/The Argonauta Inn/The White Heron Lodge

"We really enjoyed the one-bedroom suite. The kitchen, although small, was equipped well enough to store and cook the food for our meals. The bathroom was spacious and clean, the bedroom was private, and the Murphy bed in the living room was comfortable, and there was enough room with the bed down to still move around the living room. It was a quick few steps to the beach. The only downside was parking. The lot is very narrow and small. It was hard to find a spot, and if we couldn't, it was hard to maneuver and get out. A nice bonus is that a great coffee shop is right across the street."

"It is a collection of boutique hotels. Our hotel was in a great location. 5 min walk to beach and close to Haystack. Room had a fireplace and jacuzzi."

"I’ve been coming to this property since I was a little kid and now am bringing my husband along. This resort never fails! It’s quiet, clean, serene, and perfectly located right in the heart of Rockaway. I recommend to everyone!"

"Our hotel room was clean and in good condition. It was a great price and close to the marina. I will definitely stay there again when I’m fishing down there for a couple of days."

"The room was spacious with amenities that would be ideal for longer stays. Breakfast was served with many options for any dietary needs. My husband loved the cookies! There were EV chargers, which can make or break a road trip, especially on the coast. I didn’t need them but it’s great to know for future trips. The stairs up to our room were steep but we managed. The fireplace would be ideal in colder. The bunnies on property made us smile with their antics. Staff members were very friendly and helpful! We will come back!"

"Great experience from start to finish...highly recommend!! From the friendly attentive staff that greeted us warmly upon arrival and made sure our needs were met throughout our stay, to the comfortable and well-maintained accommodations and provision of a guest directory to help guide our exploration of the area during our stay. Every aspect of our trip was wonderful, and we look forward to visiting again in the near future. Epic trip and worth every penny!!"

"Love this place! It’s walkable to the beach and the main downtown area. It’s quiet and a really cute property. The cookies in the lobby are so yummy too!! Will definitely stay here if I ever come back."
