An amazing building. Parking off street and easy to access. Room very hot and stuffy, kettle was unusable due to mould in it and bathroom not the cleanest plus room very dust. In a good location bus stop just close by

We were looking for an old English character house/hotel and found it here. We loved our short stay. Clean, quiet, delicious English style breakfast, affordable room. Slept soundly. It’s roughly a 200 year old house, so expect a few rough corners. It was exactly what we wanted. Key pad self check in had me double thinking our stay but it worked flawlessly

We had a very nice experience, the staff was friendly, nice breakfast, comfy bed. It's a bit far from the tourist attractions (around a 40-minute walk) but there is a handy bus stop nearby from where you can get a bus to the town centre.
