The expansive enclosed yard provides a great relaxation spot with a sparkling outdoor pool, beautiful mountain views, a covered BBQ area with an outdoor dining area and gas grill, and a covered patio with a six-person dining table. You'll have everything you need to prepare delicious barbecues and enjoy the outdoors!

Inside, the open living space is ideal for groups or families that love to stick together no matter what. The living room offers direct access to the patio, comfortable furniture (a sofa and a loveseat), and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Right off the living room is the eat-in kitchen, which boasts incredible, stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge, coffee maker, oven, stove, and microwave. There is an inviting dining table that seats four. This fantastic home has three bedrooms, each one with its own separate A/C unit. The main bedroom has access to the patio, a flatscreen TV, and a bath with a walk-in shower.
