Room mate Pau is in an excellent location for traveling to and from the airport (Aerobus) or from a rodalies train (P. gracias station) as it is right next to the Placa Catalunya and taxis are easy to find there. It is centrally located just north of the gothic area and close to Las Ramblas and the Palau de Musica. It is several blocks away from the Casa Batllo on P. de Gracias. There are restaurants, small shops and convenience stores nearby. The staff at the hotel are extremely nice and very helpful. The breakfast was filling, but if you go next door to the Cortes Ingles store 8 floor - they have a beautiful array of food and an awesome view of the city! They open at 10 am and they carry everything you’d ever want to buy there! The hotel had some nice balcony rooms looking onto their green space garden and it very modern and uncluttered, it also has good AC, and is very quiet. We enjoyed our 5 night stay there very much.

Great location. Half a block from AeroBus terminal at Placa Catalunya. Close to many attractions and within walking distance to tapas bars and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. Separate cubicle for shower and toilet with sink outside. Excellent breakfast buffet with great choice of hot and cold items. Our luggages were delayed by airline and hotel supply us with toothbrushes and toothpaste. They put our luggages in our room after they were delivered to the hotel. Responded promptly to our text inquiry that the luggages arrived while we were out on a tour. Will stay here again next time.

Not bad of a hotel for a night or two. You can hear people walking and talking, even at late hours so be aware of that, but it wasn't too bad. It was a pleasant stay overall, and one thing I will say is that they have, and I wish I could remember her name, a lady working at the front desk who has some of the best customer service I've ever had the pleasure to experience. From someone who used to be a customer service manager I can appreciate when someone else goes above and beyond, and she absolutely did. Not just with me but with every guest I would see her interact with whether it was in English or Spanish.

Overall great stay (4 nights). Location was great and convenient for using the metro and walking. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were uniquely decorated and clean. Bed was comfortable. Could hear some occasional noise from the street, but I had a white noise machine with me, so it didn’t really bother me. Only had breakfast one day, but they had a good selection. Air conditioning broke on my floor over the weekend, which is why I deducted one star. However the next day they switched me to another floor that had a room, which I appreciated.

The hotel was on nice spot. With a2 bus, it was easy reach from airport. Hotel was cosy and well designed. Rooms were enough size. Rooms were extremely soundproof so you can feel your are alone on the hotel Stuff was helpful on check in and out or during stay. Location was good. You can reach many points easyly
