Tucked away along a peaceful country road in the lush Byron Hinterland, just 6km from the historic village of Bangalow, Twin Tallows is a secluded haven for two. This enchanting open-plan cottage blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering a serene escape surrounded by rolling hills and rainforest.

Designed with romance and relaxation in mind, the cottage features soaring sloped ceilings with exposed timber beams, inviting a warm, cottage-style ambience. Styled with thoughtful, contemporary furnishings, Twin Tallows includes a kitchenette, indoor dining nook, a cosy sitting area with TV, and air conditioning for year-round comfort. At the end of the day, retreat to the king-size bed nestled beneath colourful stained-glass windows, complete with a built-in wardrobe and private ensuite.

Step outside to soak up the magic of the hinterland. A timber deck overlooks the serene landscape, while the spacious outdoor area features alfresco dining, a crackling firepit with rustic log seating, and a dreamy outdoor bath perfect for stargazing under balmy summer skies.

Only minutes from the vibrant village of Bangalow, guests can explore cafés, artisan stores, fresh produce markets, and live music. Adjacent is a compact dining area for two, and a tidy kitchenette with generous bench space, a 2-burner cooktop, microwave, fridge, and coffee machine.

Sleeping:
The king-size bed, tucked behind the lounge area, offers comfort and style beneath a stunning stained-glass window. There’s also a built-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom for your convenience.

Wonderful views, quiet, comfy and private.

Very private, quiet and picturesque location in the hinterland relatively close to Bangalow and Byron by car. Communication with property management, which was lacking before our stay improved substantially once in the suite with prompt responses to our queries. Suite is well appointed with lovely linen and comfy bed. The internal shower could do with an update given the pricing which seemed a little on the expensive side.
