""Liz" the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond the call when she saw my wife and I with luggage having a problem with the stairs, she said that she was going to upgrade our room to one that was right next to the parking lot. She opened another room, took our issued keys and departed, returning shortly with new room keys. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! All staff were friendly, the upgraded room (a 1 bedroom suite with balcony) was perfect. The breakfast was great (a Best Western tradition). We will be back."

"Cozy three bedroom house, great place to spend the holidays in, separated from busy towns, but close enough if you want to stop by bandon or Coos Bay. Beautiful decor. Lots of games provided by the host. Loved the rock painting set up they have."
