It was very hot and so hot in the room but they provided two fans. Room was very comfy. Although no breakfast included they had left porridge pots and pain au chocolate in the room. Don't think this image from the road promotes The Three Pigeons Inn very well

Hot July Night!

Lovely room albeit it uncomfortable on one of the hottest nights of the year. Check-in was good although had to ask for more towels, quickly dealt with though. Unfortunately the pub had lost its chef so there was no food and the bar (and pub) closed at 9pm when we were looking forward to a final couple of drinks after returning from our evening meal.

Good for the 1 night

Stayed for 1 night for business in the area. The main picture on this site doesn't do The Three Pigeons justice, the place is far nicer. The staff were very pleasant. The room was very nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately due to staffing issues the kitchen was closed which meant there was no food being served on the evening or a hot breakfast on the morning, but there are plenty of options for food in the area. A pot of porridge and pain au chocolat was providing in the room. The bar was very nice and cosy with a good selection of beers. The TV signal wasn't too good in the room and kept breaking up. However the WIFI was good so i was able to stream to a device instead. On the whole it was a good place to stay for the night.

This “inn” is basically 3 rooms above a cute pub. Our credit cards that worked everywhere else didn’t work here until they made multiple attempts. One night, they forgot to turn off the music and left (“it’s never happened before - so sorry”) keeping us awake all night. And, for a place that offers a full dinner some nights and brunch on Sundays, at least a continental breakfast would have been nice. Dinner wasn’t available the night we arrived either which, for an owner-run place with only 3 rooms, would have been thoughtful. All in all, a B&B without the breakfast where our patronage was not appreciated.

Nice and friendly place.

There was a party on in the outside function room so the door to the pub was left open which made it a little cold in the bar area. We stayed on the Saturday night and whilst sat in bed workmen started to drill the external wall right next to my head so we had a rude awakening to say the least. Other than this, the food was great, the room was lovely and the staff were lovely!

We was greeted with a smile and made felt welcome, the pub is full of low beams so watch your head it is very nice place. The room was nice and comfortable it had everything you would expect, we had the breakfast in the morning that was good. I would stay there again
