"A great stop off if you ever need easy access to the motorway. Room was huge, comfy beds, quiet, excellent room service and super selection at the breakfast buffet. This is our second stay this year. We will no doubt return again. The only down side is that you do have to pay an additional fee for parking. "

Parking is good, there is a large free car park.
The restaurant is good serving great meals.
Only bugbear is that the service at breakfast is ok if you've got all day but not great if you want to get a move on. Why aren't you like other hotels where I can help myself to juice and cereal and that will shave 10 - 15 minutes off the time?"
"We chose The Market Tavern because of it's location - it is in the same village where our son, daughter-in-law and new grandson live and we were visiting.
The whole property has been tastefully renovated and is lovely. We had eaten in the pub before but not stayed.
Bampton is a quaint village with plenty of amenities and is well placed for visiting lots of interesting places.
Breakfast was good with cold and cooked choices. Staff were friendly and attentive.

"Amazing stay, hotel in brilliant location, clean and fresh bedding and the room was clean and fresh, the weather was very hot but the room was cool and the windows were left open and fan was on. Checking in was quick, easy brilliant. Rooms do need updating but for what I needed it for was brilliant. Will definitely recommend. Bathroom was clean and tidy. "
"Property under work conditions. Builder's works. Out side & in parking area. Not that it stopped peaople from doing things. But things still being sorted. Under staft at times especial sunday morning everyone leaving to go home one barr staff to deal with reception. Barr. Food peoples wants & needs. Breakfast ect . Needed two or three staff in my opinion. Aside from thay excellent. Thank you. I will be back."
