"We loved the little studio cabin for our family of three for a few nights before we headed to Hana. Great jumping off spot for doing the sunrise at the mountain as well, was the closest I could find not in the park at a reasonable price. Bathroom is in a separate building that you have to walk to, but we never had to wait. My son had never stayed in a hostle style property before, and it was a great first experience. Beautiful views, and very kind hosts. Would definitely say again."

"Great location, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. This was great to start out drive on the road to Hana. There was a nice downtown nearby and a great beach. The property was clean, updated, and felt very comfortable. The air conditioning units worked great and it was one of our favorite stays during our trip."

"We had a great stay at Nihl 5. My wife and I visited Maui for the first time last year. We had hoped to complete the Road to Hana however didn’t get around to it. We are back this year and decided to start our trip with Hana. We visited Paia last year and loved the town. Knowing this would be a great place to start our trip we found Nihl 5 and booked it. Location was perfect to walk to town to shop and eat. Room was well-appointed with everything we needed. We were greeted by the extremely nice owner of the property who let us in. Highly recommend booking this great rental."

"This place is absolutely Amazing on every level, perfect for Road to Hāna, Haleakalā, Hookipa beach, Baldwin beach, sea turtles, and Paia is so much fun! We had everything you could need at Quincy’s place, great bed, great kitchen, great location, this place is a little slice of heaven that you must see Aloha thank you so much, we will absolutely be back asap"

"We loved the three resident cats on the property and the whispering pine trees with hammocks. A very serene and peaceful place with nice breakfast buffet and real chill vibes. Cool wildlife too - geckos, anoles, toads, snails, and birds. Overall a lovely place. Best of all ... The staff was nice, helpful, and just all around great folks."
