"Room was clean, staff was good. Breakfast included hot and cold cereal, make your own waffle, yogurt, bagels, toast, coffee, milk and juice. Hotel was located near the highway and near resturants. "

"The staff was incredible. The room was clean & the bed was comfy. The breakfast was wonderful. The only disappointment I encountered was the tub floor's finish was gone. It looked bad. Thank goodness I carry a bath mat, problem solved. I will definately be staying there my next visit to the IL Valley."

"The website said water park would be open May 8 and still wasn’t open on May 9 wasted my money for my kids birthday and didn’t even get to swim. What a dirty place "

"Well apparently the owners do not live on the property but come there quite frequently to do work on the rooms. As far as the state itself the room was comfortable enough the AC got good and cold it did have a microwave and refrigerator"

"Full equipped kitchen for need of everyone that stayed. And very friendly for pets and close to starved rock state park"

"My number one complaint would definitely be the large cockroaches that infested this home. Other than that, parking is good during the day but bad at night due the restaurants and bars nearby. The bars were also very loud at night so be prepared for that. The kitchen and finer details of the home could use work. Hard to find bath towels, half the light bulbs didn’t work, a nail sticking out of the floor in the living room, just little inconveniences that we dealt with. The host was kind and responsive. The outlook over the river was nice. "
