"Positives - This hotel is very welcoming. Very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast everyday with good selections and will cook to order. Excellent pools, lush garden with lots of areas to sit down and chill. Good location for shopping and restaurants, people very friendly all around. Rooms are spacious and have good views from balconies. In house services include spa, massage and pedicures and a separate nail and eyelash service. Everything is reasonably priced. Negatives – It’s about a 7-8 minute walk to the beach which seems a bit of a trek when it’s hot, or if you have mobility issues but taxis and scooter taxis are easily available from outside the hotel. "

"Pros: Location and the Pool. Walking distance to Waterbom and other amenities in heart of Kuta. Kids lived the pool and the slides. Rooms were clean and neat. Staff was very friendly Cons : Breakfast was a miss. Coffee machines make really bad coffee, brista coffees are not much better. Kids club is paid activity. Had to pay to hire a swimming floatie for my 6 yr old. Probably would not have felt this way if we didn't moved from a different hotel. "

"The check in/out desk was manic. the lines were 5 people deep for all three staff. The room itself was noticeably smaller than it appeared on the website. We booked two family rooms side by side for our group of five. The air-conditioning in one room struggled the entire stay, although the other room was fine. The TVs were very small with no decent channels, and none of them were smart TVs — which really should be standard these days. We stayed during Nyepi Day, and the food/menu was honestly terrible. We paid an exorbitant amount for food that was virtually inedible and ended up spending nearly $100 on instant noodles from the mini-mart inside the hotel just so we had something we could eat. For a hotel marketed with a Western theme, the least they could do is offer food that guests can actually enjoy. The spa was the most expensive spa I have gone to in Bali and the massage left me with more pain than relief. Overall, nice and clean but totally not worth the cost."

"We upgraded our room to a ground floor interconnecting room as the family room was pretty run down. So glad we did and it had 3 toilets in total. We love the pool as it’s less busy and has well shaded parts. The resort also offered one of the best detox lymphatic massages I’ve had. It was a well balanced treatment with a mix of lymph drainage and gentle Balinese massage. "
