"Too cold"

"Someone at the front desk allowed an unknown man to check out of my room and gave him my room deposit. They did not ask this man for ID and my name was forged. My things were removed from the room and a lot of my valuables were missing. All they said was there was nothing they could do"

"Not worth the money. Unfriendly, intrusive staff. Did not feel pet friendly. Half cleaned room. "

"Room was clean, some of the lights did not work. AC worked great lol I actually woke up cold! I didnt use the gym but there is one there. I saw the concessions area which looked full. Unsure if the pricing was reasonable or not since I did not try to purchase anything. The breakfast was decent but the selection was small. The matress was a little too firm for me however thats just personal preference. The room was actually decent!"

Breakfast was absolutely horrible over half the time there was nothing even out there to eat for an extra $140 bucks. I would’ve stayed around the corner at the real best Western. This spin off is a joke. "
