"Good location if you are going to an event bat Brands Hatch. But the fact that hotel residents have to pay a tenner a night extra to park in the Hotel car park is a rip off. For what is supposed to be a four star hotel I was disappointed it didn't have any lifts which made carrying luggage to the room a chore. One of the lights in the room didn't work and the bathroom floor was covered in lots of water which was not the expected standard."

"Nice quintasential old english hotel ... but in need of beautification and retro-fit of basics like air conditioning. Hotel layout was like a maze from multiple additions over the decades. Nice location and relaxing garden for a quiet drink. We arrived over a bank holiday weekend and unfortunatel only two staff were on with the others having not turned up for work. The two staff members were overworked but stayed friendly and very helpful. Needs some basic maintenace (paint peeling) but very nice in bar, restraunt and lounge. Really enoyed out stay."
