"Breakfast is Japanese style, so don't expect anything continental. Staff is mostly helpful some do not speak English. Room gets cleaned only once a week which seems alittle inadequate. Single rooms are small by US standards. Other than that hotel is clean and well maintained. All eminities are available in the lobby or other floors. Bathroom is on a raised platform which was somewhat annoying. I would stay here because of its proximity to the rail/bus/taxi station."

"It’s convenient, close to the station and is in a nice area. The staff are very kind and helpful as well! The rooms may be small, but it is an average size for Japan’s hotel rooms, but they are still very functional. The bathrooms are good and clean, and also come with every necessity. :) Recommend for traveling in Yokohama area, as it is also walking distance to tourists sites!"

"This has become my go to brand of hotels when visiting Japan. The staff is always incredibly friendly, the prices reasonable and rooms always clean. The hotel was located right near some great sightseeing spots and near the Bashamichi train station. It was only a 30-40 minute train ride to Tokyo and 10 minutes to downtown Yokohama. The neighborhood is quiet with everything you could need before going out for the day."
