The Space:
Centered around a sparkling courtyard swimming pool, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home radiates soul with every detail of the design considered. The open plan living/dining area with wood fire and professionally equipped kitchen opens to the spacious deck with outdoor dining/BBQ and sun loungers set around the pool. There are two double bedrooms and and two full bathrooms in the main house with the third double bedroom and third full bathroom in the self contained studio.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - super king bed, Bedroom 2 - super king bed (can be spit to singles upon request), Bedroom 3 - super king bed.

Please note:
Pets considered on request only and must be approved in writing. The swimming pool is heated from Labour weekend until 1 May and the property fully fenced.

The Neighborhood:
From this very convenient location, walk to Oneroa village cafes and shops and a choice of three local beaches or take a short drive to Mudbrick or Cable Bay vineyards for a memorable meal.

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants. Blackpool Boathouse is a premier property in a perfect location to explore the island, relax and forget the world!

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. Regular bus services operate around the island. There is easy parking at the property.
