"We have stayed at JPL a number of times a this is the first time we were disappointed. The construction I understand but the cleanliness of the pool and change room were horrible and when I mentioned to the staff they were rude and dismissive. I understand things get busy but we still paid a premium to stay and to have to clean up the shower cause of towel thrown everywhere and hair all over is a little over the top.. then to be told that if it bothered me maybe I could clean it up.. which I had was unexpected. "

"We have stayed at this location twice now and the staff are always wonderful. Our room was clean but we didn't get to use the amenities this time around. Our two notes: Beds are soft so if you like a firm bed be warned your back may hurt in the AM and recommend earplugs due to the loud vehicles outside the room if your not an early riser."
