"wow. What an unbelievable experience! First off, the place was absolutely stunning. The entire building is extremely well preserved and well maintained! The furniture is stunning and includes a functioning pipe organ (!!) as well as a piano —antique with GORGEOUS timbre. The decorations were next level! "Very nice place"

"The environment was serene. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and has arguable the best bathroom shower (no mold, no discolored tiles) I have seen - and I do stay in five-star resorts/hotels all the time. They have the most polite staff. The classical music played overhead at the lobby is very soothing."

This information should be communicated clearly during the booking process so guests can plan accordingly and come prepared with the appropriate payment card. Although I enjoyed my stay overall, the check-in experience was stressful and could have been much smoother with better communication...
