"Although I booked a room at this hotel and had a confirmation number and we drove all the way to this city, to this hotel, for early morning surgery, when we arrived they said hotel was sold out and no room was available. It was an awful situation."

"The room was in need of a deep clean, the end room was by a hallway exit door and banged very load every time someone would leave to add it wasn’t paid customers leaving there was a lot of suspicious traffic all night long!!!!"
