"The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. I arrived just three minutes after the breakfast buffet had closed, but the Customer Relations Manager kindly asked the kitchen to prepare a delicious breakfast plate for me despite my being late. It was a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!"
