comfortable apartment, two spacey rooms, washing machine, cooking tools, fridge, good shower and easy check in process. only 10' walk to the city center, supermarket just 200m away + safe place to store my bicycle. it's great for a one day or longer stay in Arezzo.

This is a truly excellent choice for a short-stay in Arezzo. Spacious apartment, tastefully but minimally decorated with a distinctive character that is rarely found in these kind of rentals. Everything you need is there facility-wise, including a washing machine. Location is a modern residential neighbourhood less than 1km southwest of the historic centre so easily walkable, although there is also a local bus stop 150m away. Arezzo railway station is 750m away for easy arrival and departure to the city. The host was very friendly as well as prompt and precise in his communication so no problems at all with check-in. Strong recommendation

Bell'appartamento

Appartamento bello e pulito con due camere matrimoniali spaziose, cucina abitabile attrezzata. Il bagno ha un balconcino che affaccia su un cortile interno, le altre stanze hanno le finestre, c'è un asciugacapelli ma niente shampoo e bagnoschiuma, solo sapone per le mani. La struttura si trova vicino al centro storico di Arezzo e alla stazione ferroviaria. Consigliatissimo

Posizione a una decina di minuti dal centro, appartamento spazioso al 2* piano con tutti i confort, cucinino incluso e tavolino per mangiare tranquillamente. Unica pecca è l'ascensore non funzionante ma nel complesso il giudizio è ottimo

Ареццо - стоящий город для экскурсии!

Найти отель легко, в 15 минутах неспешным шагом от вокзала. Правда, очевидно, хозяин отеля поселил нас не в отеле, а на квартире у своего друга по адресу: улица Тичино 3. Это комната в квартире, с довольно сносным интерьером на одну ночь. С жутким запахом канализации 24 часа в сутки, не исчезающим даже при наличии постоянного ароматизатора. Поэтому, если у вас проблемы с обонянием - этот вариант для вас. Хозяин квартиры, встречая нас при заезде, сносно общался на английском, но когда при выезде стали просить чек об оплате, ударился в несознанку. В конце концов, перебрав все синонимы, вынудили его написать от руки хотя бы товарный чек. В целом, квартира в удобном месте, до исторического центра 15-20 мин. пешком, по пути от вокзала - хороший крупный супермаркет, много кафешек.

Ночлег на одну ночь, не больше. В целом все хорошо, мы многого и не ждали за такую цену. Район где живут почти одни эмигранты. Рядом огромный супермаркет. До центра пешком 10-15 минут. Будьте внимательны, что адрес немного другой чем на сайте указан.

駅から近くスーツケースでも１５分ぐらい。近くにスーパーがあった。 部屋は広く、ベッドが大きかったがごみ箱がないのが少し残念。 また朝食が補充されてなくパン１つのみと残念でしたが他は特に問題なし。 wifiは強かった。
