"The hosts were so thoughtful. Walked us to the bus stop to show us the way, recommended restaurants, totally planned our trip to Luzern..even fixed us special tea for our allergy coughs we brought with us. Looking forward to staying there in the future."
"It was a lovely property with a clean and inviting room, excellent shower, helpful staff. Wonderful location close to Kunstmuseum and central part of Basel, yet quiet and delightful."
"We enjoyed our stay here very much, the location is very central to the train station and trams, as well as easily walkable to main tourist attractions. The hotel is on a bustling street with late night bars. The breakfast buffet is provided with fee, but it was very delicious. "

"The hotel was very nice. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. Reception is closed early Saturdays and all day Sunday, so make sure to send questions/request in advance during this hours. Otherwise check in was no trouble (key in safety box ) Public transportation was very close and easy to navigate. "
"This is a very convenient hotel. The room facilities may not be luxurious, but they are well-equipped and clean. The staff are friendly, and the location right next to the station makes it easy to go anywhere. The breakfast food is fresh and healthy. Highly recommended"

"As expected, except:Kitchen window towards the entrance can’t be used as people smoke/vape there and it smells up the apartment.Apartment still damp (even with windows open) as heat is turned off.Mentioned about the heat during the first stay, nada response. Complained about shower drain not doing so well. Nada response. On the bright side, no more ant graveyard. However, not sure if those and poison things are still legal in Germany! Someone said they aren’t. Beware!Perhaps some instructions of where to put what trash might be helpful as I think the trash outside belongs to the caretaker and Germans are rather possessive of there trash cans.Alternatively, try Rührberger Hof. Same price, great views, no dampness!"
