"Habitación amplia, buenas condiciones cama, cómoda con bonita vista a la ciudad desayuno bien, pero pudiera tener más personal en la cocina. Ya que los dos días que estuve allí había demasiados huéspedes, y no se daban abasto. Walmart, cercas, restaurancito cercas, pero el mall de Angelópolis no está nada cerca, no se puede caminar hasta allá, se necesita transportación."

"Showers were super slippery. Towels were hard. One of the elevators werent working. But the hotel was nice and clean. "

"I had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door and they ended up coming in. Made the bed, took the towels and did not even restock anything. We went to complain to receptionists and they came back later after checking the cameras and didn't notice anyone go in (Then how was the bed made and the towels gone?) "

"This hotel was great. I would definitely stay here again should we come back to Puebla. It was clean and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Something to note is that there is no fridge in the hotel room. We were able to ask at the front desk and they gave us a ticket to keep things refrigerated and retrieve them from the front desk as needed. We were also able to check in a bit early, and they stored our luggage well after check out so we could explore the area. "
