The staff was truly wonderful—kind, hardworking, and doing their best in what I know can be a challenging environment. It was disheartening to see that not all of them were treated with the respect they deserve. As for cleanliness, I did notice a few areas that could’ve used a little more attention. That said, I fully recognize that I might be viewing things through the lens of my own work—I’m a property manager myself and handle everything from housekeeping and front desk to maintenance and bookkeeping in our much smaller, semi-private cabin rentals. I know how tough it can be, especially when you’re up against staffing shortages, which so many of us in tourism-heavy areas are grappling with. The scale of this property is massive compared to ours, and I can only imagine the daily balancing act. I share this with understanding and appreciation, not criticism!!!
