There are free refreshments and even free shots of tequila in the hallway in front of the elevator. There is an escalator from the lobby that goes directly to the mall in Arco de Bosques with a variety of upscale dining options. "

Concerned that the upper floor might be occupied or possibly available for another rental booking, we called Hotels to confirm again the sole occupancy. "Everything was perfect. Location was beautiful. Near multiple fancy restaurants and just three blocks away you had food stands that were clean and you could find anything you could think of. From gorditas, huaraches, sea food and even fresh juices. The hotel was clean, and perfect for those instagram photos. Personnel was professional, respectful and kind. "Our room at Pug Seal Polanco Allan Poe was clean and well-maintained. It was lovely to have a balcony. The staff was helpful and prompt. The common areas of the hotel were beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast was generous--wonderful to have both light buffet-type options and to be able to order off the menu. I would definitely return to this hotel, or use one of the other Pug Seal locations, and I will be recommending it to others."
