"Room was dirty when we got there. We had to clean the floor and bathroom ourselves when we got in as. The floor was sticky and our feet would look black as though we walked outside in the dirt. House keeping would not knock on the door to see if you needed towels at all. We had to ask for towels at the front desk multiple times just to be met with they were all dirty and in the laundry 3 days in a row. "When I walked into the room this overwhelming smell of wet dog blasts you in the face. I went and bought plug-in air freshener. Let them run for an hour. Didn't help. So I switched rooms after noticing burn holes in the blankets. The next room was just as bad. But I bought q bottle of febreeze this time and used half the bottle to mask that other smell."
