"A Perfect Birthday Surprise – Thoughtful and Welcoming Stay I booked Arden House as a surprise birthday treat for my sister, who is currently going through house renovations, so she really needed a relaxing break away. It turned out to be absolutely perfect. Communication from the host was exceptional from the start. I was able to reserve parking in advance, and they were so warm and welcoming when she arrived. They really made her birthday feel special. The Superior room was bright, spacious and spotlessly clean, with beautiful natural light from the large windows. There were such thoughtful touches waiting for her, including a handwritten birthday card, sweet treats, a fruit bowl, plush towels and dressing gowns neatly prepared on the bed. It felt personal and genuinely caring. The location is excellent for exploring Arundel, and breakfast was very good as well. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Arden House. A lovely, friendly place that goes the extra mile"

Our review is to highlight the great customer service we received from Inspire Stays, who helped us enormously in locating and covering the cost of a wheelchair rental on Christmas Eve. They went over and above and we're very grateful. The barn was a lovely space but we weren't really able to enjoy it as we would have wished to."
