"Everything about this stay was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The only thing was that there was no shuttle to the airport at 0430 in the morning. I had to take an Uber so I could catch my early morning flight."

"Staff were outstanding always coming up to you to ask what they could do better. The area for eating and happy hours was spacious and clean. The hotel had very easy access to major highways."

"This hotel never fails to make you feel like you’re thrown in a distant past as you walk the halls. Yes it’s old, but it’s been preserved and or decorated to keep it looking that way so you get that feeling. The staff is attentive. The restaurant is fabulous. Looking forward to being back there next year I hope."

"Very comfortable felt right at home"

"Prefer not to write a personal evaluation."

"The staff were nice. We did not have breakfast, but it was available. Adequate parking was available."

"very quiet clean comfortable and great breakfast and helpful staff with everything and good location off interstate for twin cities. I plan on staying there again very soon"

"Not senior friendly. I thought we could walk to airport but only if my bag wasn’t checked. So carry on only. Had to take a shuttle which ran only 2 times per hour. Shampoo left hair greasy. No grab bars in shower. Parking a car $16 per night. No mention until I had booked. No free breakfast. Room heating didn’t work and we had to change rooms. That can happen, but no one helped us make the move. I couldn’t decipher heat/cool instructions."

"Always out go to property when visiting MSP."

"Clean, updated, with friendly, helpful staff and a great breakfast!"
