"Well worth the price, even for only one night. The level of service is great and everyone is very helpful. Very usefully located with a bridge to Heathrow terminal 5, this hotel was really easy to find and traverse. Big shout out to the restaurant across the bar, the service was great and the food was anazing"

"The first room we were given stunk of cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom. Odd as the room had been cleaned. The reception staff immediately gave us a better room. I also found it a little weird that the hallways were so dim (?). The wall sconces were on but didn’t throw much light. "

"What a lovely clean lodge, and my grandson was kept occupied with the man play areas and Lego stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be returning 💖"
